What should I wear?
You will want to wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Typical yoga-wear is ideal. Pilates is performed barefoot or in special foot thongs available at the studio. Loose-fitting shorts are not a good idea.

Good question. It can mean just about anything from a weekend program to a years long course of intensive instruction and apprenticeship. Our best advice is not to assume all Pilates instruction is the same. Take your time to explore your options and find a studio where "everybody knows your name" and the instructors have the knowledge and the passion to help you achieve your goals.
