Getting Started
Beginning a Pilates program can be as simple as one introductory private session where you'll be introduced to the basics of Pilates techniques and equipment. After the initial session you have the choice of attending Beginner Table and/or Mat classes or continuing with private, customized instruction.

Pilate's Tables offers strength and flexibility training for a total body workout in a dynamic format. Our Mat sequence further challenges your core mid-section to build strength and endurance and supercharge your results. Mat also has the advantage of being portable, a workout you can do at home or when you travel. Incorporating both and Mat and Table classes into your workout schedule will provide you with the best results.

Body & Soul's Beginner classes will take you through the fundamentals to increase your understanding of the Principles of Pilates and begin the process of transforming your body. Come experience for yourself the exercise program that works for body-conscious celebrities, soccer moms and seniors. The cost for an introductory private session is $85 for one hour of certified instruction. Appointments are scheduled at your convenience and advance payment is required along with a 24-hour cancellation notice. We look forward to sharing our passion for Pilates with you.
